Antares is a leading global insurance currently looking for a part-qualified actuary, who would like the opportunity to develop their experience further in Solvency II Standard formula.

You will already be studying towards actuarial exams and eager to learn with sound knowledge of insurance industry regulatory regimes (i.e., Bermuda, Lloyd’s, Europe).

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant numerate discipline
• Internationally recognised professional accounting designation, actuarial designation or working towards an actuarial designation
• Previous experience working with the (re)insurance sector
• Understanding of reinsurance and the Bermuda, European and Lloyd’s markets and regulatory regimes

• Quarterly production of Solvency II SCR for European entities and BSCR for Bermuda domiciled Group
• Interim SCR and BSCR calculations as and when required to assess different options and associated capital implications, providing input for strategic decision making
