Your role

As an Antares Graduate, you will have scope to grow alongside expert team members, guiding you along the way, helping identify your key strengths and best ways to utilise your skills in a fast-paced corporate environment. The 18-month development plan will include day-to-day responsibilities and exciting relevant projects within the insurance industry.

In 2023 we have graduate positions available in our core disciplines including Actuarial, Capital Modelling, Claims, Exposure Management, Finance, IT, and Underwriting. When you start, you will be enrolled onto a career development plan, which will be supported by professional qualifications in whichever route you decide to take.

During the programme you will be guided by your line manager, graduate programme scheme Lead and appointed mentor. 

• You will either already have a minimum 2:1 degree or above or be on track to graduate by the end of summer 2023 with a minimum 2:1 expected
• Willingness to learn and a collaborator
• Outstanding creative-thinking and critical thinking skills
• Relevant work experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Microsoft Office Proficient: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• You will be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
• A curious and courageous mentality
• Must be eligible to have full working rights in the UK
