We are starting 2022 with an exciting opportunity of Operations Analyst to join our expert Claims team in the London office.
As an essential part of the Claims team for one of the world’s leading re(insurance) operations, insurance industry in Claims operations is desired with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Supporting both the Claims Director and Claims Operations Manager in delivery of their objectives, you will be working across a broad range of areas including regulatory reporting, performance management, and TPA oversight.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lloyd’s and company market processes and be able to demonstrate exceptional data manipulation skills. Knowledge and Experience:
Degree, or equivalent, preferred but not essential
Insurance Industry experience desirable
Strong understanding of Lloyd’s and company market processes, with emphasis on claims operations
Exceptional data manipulation and MI presentation skills
Day to day duties include:
Provide operational analysis in support of the Claims Director and Claims Operations Manager
Support the international Claims Adjusting teams with non-technical claims tasks
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriting Services, Compliance, Risk and Audit providing accurate and timely responses on behalf of Claims
In accordance with current Government guidelines meetings are conducted via MS Teams and Zoom and this includes the recruitment process.
Whilst a degree is preferred, but not essential – interest and current knowledge of Lloyd’s and company market processes, with emphasis on claims operations will be advantageous.
